What we can help with
- Corrections. A property has been renovated, renamed, closed or otherwise mis-described. These get priority.
- Suggestions. A hotel that belongs in one of the four categories and would be a clearer example than something currently listed.
- Editorial questions. Why a property was included, how a category is defined, or what a description is based on.
- Permissions. Requests to quote or reference material from the index.
What we cannot help with
We are not a booking agent and have no relationship with the reservations desk of any hotel described here. We cannot check availability, hold a room, quote a rate, apply a discount, amend an existing reservation or intervene in a dispute with a property. Anything to do with an actual stay has to go to the hotel directly, or to whichever agency you booked through.
We also cannot answer questions about gaming, play, wagering or promotions. The casino category on this site describes hotels and nothing else; there is no gaming product here to support.
Response times
The index is written by a small team, and email is answered in the order it arrives. Corrections are usually acknowledged within a few working days. Suggestions are read and kept, though the index is intentionally limited to sixteen entries, so most additions would mean removing something else.
